"Wow, Amanda is amazing. I'm so relieved I found her! It's rare to find someone who not only listens but also truly cares and has the knowledge to help. After just one session she has already addressed so many of my concerns and has put things in motion to work on the others. Amanda knows more about women's health than many of my other providers and she's surprisingly quick to respond to emails! I highly recommend her and will be encouraging other people I know to work with her as well."

"I'm not sure where to begin but I do feel I hit a jackpot with finding Amanda. If you are seeking a provider who is holistic and looks at the whole picture while also allowing, you as the expert of your life to fully participate in your treatment look no further. This is probably the first time in my life that I felt a provider was truly listening and considering the multiple layers of my life to provide the best care possible while remaining flexible to my needs and concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone seeking psychiatric care who wants to be viewed as a whole person with all the complexities that go along with being a human."

A.B.

"I wish I had found Amanda sooner, she has been the best thing that's happened to me. She is so knowledgable, but takes the time to explain everything so you understand exactly the what and the why of our treatment plan. We are a team, and I have never felt so confident that I am on the right path to treatment. Being treated like an equal, rather than a bystander is rare. I cannot begin to be grateful enough for having her as my provider."

Experience Comprehensive Psychiatric Care — On Your Terms

When mental health is steady, everything else becomes possible — meaningful relationships, physical well-being, and confidence in your daily life.

If you’ve been searching for a psychiatrist in Illinois, Idaho, or Washington, you’re likely looking for thoughtful, individualized care without long wait times.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing evidence-based telepsychiatry for adults. Appointments are typically available within 1–2 weeks, so you can begin treatment without unnecessary delays.

I treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, and women’s mental health concerns, including PMDD, cycle-related mood changes, and hormone-sensitive anxiety — all through secure online visits.

My approach is both thorough and practical. In addition to medication management, I look at potential underlying contributors to your symptoms. When appropriate, this may include reviewing or ordering targeted labs to assess things like iron levels, thyroid function, and vitamin deficiencies that can impact mood, focus, and emotional regulation.

I also incorporate pharmacogenetic (GeneSight) testing when indicated to help guide medication choices, reduce side effects, and avoid unnecessary trial and error.

The goal isn’t just symptom relief — it’s clear, evidence-informed care that helps you feel more stable, more focused, and more like yourself again.

I provide telehealth psychiatric care across Illinois, Idaho, and Washington for adults seeking ADHD treatment, anxiety treatment, depression care, and women’s mental health support.

If you’re looking for a provider who is both thorough and accessible, you’re welcome to request an appointment.

About the Clients Who Choose Me — and Why

Most of the people who find me are high-functioning on the outside — and overwhelmed on the inside.

They manage careers, families, relationships, and expectations. They show up. They perform.

But at night, their minds won’t turn off.

Focus feels harder than it used to.

Their mood shifts.

They’re exhausted from holding everything together.

Many have lived with anxiety, ADHD, burnout, or mood changes for years — pushing through quietly.

They’re not looking for a quick prescription.

They’re looking for clarity.

When we meet, we slow down.

We examine patterns. We look at contributing factors. I explain my clinical reasoning, and we build a plan deliberately — whether that includes medication, lab evaluation, lifestyle adjustments, or refining what hasn’t worked before.

Clients choose me because they want care that is:

• Thoughtful, not rushed

• Evidence-based, but deeply human

• Clear in its reasoning

• Focused on long-term stability

If you’re used to carrying more than you let on — you don’t have to do that here.
