Next Steps
Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email from the secure client portal with your appointment details and instructions. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Intake Paperwork
You will be asked to complete intake forms prior to your first visit. These include medical and psychiatric history, current medications, and required consent forms. Please complete all paperwork at least 24 hours before your appointment so that your visit time can be used effectively.
Preparing for Your Telehealth Visit
Appointments are conducted by secure video. Before your session:
Choose a private, quiet location
Use a reliable internet connection
Ensure your device’s camera and microphone are working
You will receive a link to join your session. No special software is required.
Your First Appointment
The initial visit focuses on reviewing your history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, we will discuss appropriate next steps, which may include medication, therapy support, or additional evaluation.
Ongoing Care
Follow-up visits are used to monitor progress, adjust treatment when needed, and support your overall mental health goals.

Telehealth services can only be provided when you are physically located in Illinois, Washington, or Idaho at the time of your appointment.
